Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g. by email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return — whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods immediately and in any case within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please return itemsin their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

All original tags and, if applicable, packaging must be intact.

Worn, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

The right of withdrawaldoes not apply to customized or made-to-order productsthat were produced specifically according to your request.
