Order Process & Contract Conclusion
Orders are placed through our Shopify store. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded when you receive our final confirmation or shipment notification.
Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs will be added at checkout. We accept various payment methods offered via Shopify. For international customers, customs or import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping & Delivery
Fashion items are shipped from Germany. Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal (for EU customers)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Custom-made or digital content may be excluded from this right under EU law.
Digital Content / Visual Services
Digital and visual studio content may be delivered electronically or in person depending on the agreement. By commissioning creative services, you grant us the right to use the content for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Copyright & Usage Rights
All designs, photos, and video content remain the intellectual property of the seller. You may not reproduce, share, or modify content without written consent.
Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.
Applicable Law
German law applies. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
